Coach Developer Professional Development (CDPD) is CAO's annual event to support the professional development of NCCP Coach Developers in Ontario and across the country.  Join our Hybrid Event with Online Session in December 2024, January 2025 and February 2025 and our In-person weekend March 22nd-23rd in Hamilton, ON.  Register for these sessions designed just for NCCP Coach Evaluators, Learning Facilitators and Master Coach Developers!

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Online CDPD Sessions

  • If there is not a sufficient number enrolled to start the event, the CAO will notify participants of cancellation.
  • Registered participants will be given a full refund.

In the event that a participant cannot attend the event, notification to the CAO must be provided five (5) business days prior to the start date of the event. Once notice is received, the participant will receive a refund less a $3.00 administration fee.

In the event that a participant cannot attend the event and notification to the CAO is provided less than five (5) business days prior to the start date of the event, no refund will be provided

In-Person CDPD Sessions

  • If there is not a sufficient number enrolled to start the event, the CAO will notify the facility/venue, participants and Coach Developer of cancellation.
  • If the participant fails to acknowledge cancellation and travels to the event, the CAO is not responsible for any related expenses including but not limited to travel expenses.
  • Registered participants will be given a full refund.

In the event that a participant cannot attend the event, notification to the CAO must be provided fifteen (15) days prior to the start date of the event. Once notice is received, the participant will receive a refund less a $10.00 administration fee.

In the event that a participant cannot attend the event and notification to the CAO is provided less than fifteen (15) days prior to the start date of the event, the participant will receive a refund less 50% of the registration fee.

In the event that a participant cannot attend the event and notification to the CAO is provided less than five (5) business days prior to the start date of the event, no refund will be provided

Hotel Add-On

No refund will be provided if notice of cancelation is not provided ahead of the the cancelation deadline of March 2nd, 2023.
